We are incredibly proud to announce that Jason O’Sullivan Hair has been named Hair Salon of the Year 2026 in the West Midlands, at the publicly voted My Local Awards.
Announced on 20th October 2026, this award marks a huge milestone for our independent salon in Tettenhall, Wolverhampton. What makes it even more special is that it was voted for by the public — the very people who visit, trust and support our salon every day.

When Jason opened the salon two years ago, his vision was to create something more than just a place to have your hair done. He wanted a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment where every client, regardless of hair type, texture or background, could feel comfortable, listened to and valued.
That philosophy remains at the heart of everything we do today.
Specialising in all hair types and textures, bespoke colour and professional hair extensions, we pride ourselves on providing a truly personalised experience. By working with one client at a time, we ensure every appointment receives our full attention, without rushing or compromising on quality.
For us, great hairdressing isn’t just about beautiful results. It’s about building confidence, creating trust and making every client feel their very best.
A Journey of Hard Work and Achievement
Opening an independent salon was a huge leap of faith, but one that has led to incredible opportunities and achievements.
Alongside building Jason O’Sullivan Hair, Jason has continued to develop his career within the hairdressing industry as a Brand Ambassador and Lead Educator for Rapture Hair Extensions. He has also recently completed his Assessor Qualification, allowing him to support and help develop the next generation of hair professionals.
His dedication to the industry has also earned recognition as Runner-Up for UK & Ireland Natural Texture Hairdresser of the Year, alongside achieving third place in Europe for the Booksy Editorial Image of the Year in Tenerife.
Winning Hair Salon of the Year is another incredibly proud moment, made even more meaningful by the fact that it comes directly from the public.
